Hospice:
 Presbyterian Medical Services provides hospice support to individuals who have a terminal diagnosis and have elected not to pursue curative measures, but instead to receive palliative care as they approach the end stage of life. PMS hospice centers in both Santa Fe and Farmington depend on volunteers who conduct fundraisers including the Festival of Trees, Light Up A Life, and Daffodil Days; help with office tasks; provide flower arrangements and baked goods to patients and families; and support caregivers by doing errands or providing respite care while family members get away to spend time taking care of their own needs. Home Care: PMS provides medically necessary home care services to patients in Farmington and Santa Fe. Our home care offers skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, IV therapy, home health aid, and social work.

Developmental Disabilities:
 SHIELD Industries is committed to responding to the developmentally disabled adult employment and community inclusion needs of San Juan County residents. The program provides integrated adult day habilitation, community-supported employment, community access and non-medical transportation services that promote the ability of individuals to live meaningful lives. Each client has an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) that helps staff address the unique needs of each client and provide the most effective support possible. SHIELD Industries is fully accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Senior Centers:
 PMS operates five senior centers in McKinley and Torrance Counties, offering activities that play a vital role in the lives of senior citizens of those communities. PMS advocates strongly for our seniors and is committed to developing center services for them. Seniors might use a center's transportation program to enjoy nutritious meals at the center, join an occasional shopping expedition, or visit a provider's office. Senior centers also offer meal delivery for homebound seniors. The health and well-being of seniors can benefit from the companionship and support available at our centers.
